Andrew had been cutting downs his Boondockers to a 29" width and asked if we could make him a custom bar so he didn't have to cut his bar down. We went to the drawing board and designed what you have here.

We dropped the height to 1" which allows the clamping space to be wide enough to work with other brands and still gives enough room on the handlebars for all of your controls.

A great all around riding handlebar with less width for a more responsive powerful feeling in tight situations. The narrow width allows the snowmobile to be thrown around easier for riders with a narrower shoulder width or riders who prefer a narrower handlebar.‚ 

Our entire line up of handlebars is built from the inside out. We start with high quality 7075 double butted heat treated‚ aluminum‚ for a‚ strong and lightweight base. In the center, where the risers stem clamps to the bar, the width is a beefy 1 1/8"thick. The handlebar then tapers off to 7/8" for your handlebar controls and hands to fit nicely around. This construction also allows energy to dissipate over a gradual tapering thickness within the inner core. This results in a stronger bar that dampens hard hits and also gives the user a better feel of what's going on underneath on the snow.

The QR technology gives the handlebar more flat‚ bar space using less width. Your hands are also now closer to center allowing more power for flicking snowmobile in tight spaces. The Width is still there for stability and all your stock controls will fit on the handlebars! Win Win!

Important Notes

** The Munster bar is an oversized 1 1/8" in the center. A 7/8" to 1 1/8" adapter might be needed depending on the snowmobile riser you have **

We offer Free shipping on most orders over $299 to most Canadian Provinces and US States. In order to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we source our shipping from a variety of carriers and go with the fastest option. Orders ship within 2-5 days, and often even sooner. This does not include shipping time. We ship to Canada and the USA. Standard shipping may take 1-2 weeks, but quite often is quicker. Item availability, peak shipping seasons (ie: Christmas, Black Friday), and your shipping location can affect these shipping time estimates. All efforts are put forth to ensure your order is delivered to you as quickly as possible.

Return policy

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

If you would like to exchange an item (due to incorrect sizing), send us an email to info@westcoastsledders.com, and tell us the reason for the exchange. Also include your order number. Once we receive your request, and have approved it, we will further instruct on return shipping details and conditions, via email. 

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be new and unused, exchange request submitted within 7 days of delivery, returned to us within 14 days of exchange approval, and in its original packaging including all literature and documentation. 

We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

Refunds will only be issued if the product ordered is deemed to be defective by the manufacturer.

Due to safety concerns, all helmets are non-returnable/refundable.

ALL SALE ITEMS AND INSULATED SUITS, PANTS, & JACKETS ARE FINAL SALE. THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON THESE ITEMS. 

Warranty

All warranty is to be completed directly with the manufacturer. Further details can be found on the applicable manufacturers web page. Although we can help you out with this process, ultimately, the decision to repair, replace, or deny is decided on by the manufacturer.

If you have any concerns with sizing, product availability, shipping times, etc., please text us BEFORE placing your order. Custom items such as suspension components, that are quite often built to spec as per order, can take extra time and cannot be returned once built.
