Orders placed prior to February 22, 2026 were processed through a separate Shopify store operated by a British Columbia, Canada business under a prior arrangement.

That business is solely responsible for those transactions, including fulfillment and refunds. West Coast Sledders is no longer affiliated with that business and does not have access to order records, payment processing systems, or fulfillment information related to those transactions.
