The Mountain Lab RideSYNC2 is an easy-to-use helmet communications system for a rider and passenger or two riders to stay in touch while on the move. Riders can carry on a conversation, listen to the radio or integrate with their smartphone via Bluetooth with the push of a button. Smartphone integration allows the user to listen to music, make/receive calls, follow GPS navigation instructions and access their phone’s voice command.

The RideSYNC2 is sold as a pair of devices—one for each user. They can also be used on their own as a standalone device.

Shipping Info

We offer Free shipping on most orders over $299 to most Canadian Provinces and US States. In order to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we source our shipping from a variety of carriers and go with the fastest option. Orders ship within 2-5 days, and often even sooner. This does not include shipping time. We ship to Canada and the USA. Standard shipping may take 1-2 weeks, but quite often is quicker. Item availability, peak shipping seasons (ie: Christmas, Black Friday), and your shipping location can affect these shipping time estimates. All efforts are put forth to ensure your order is delivered to you as quickly as possible.

Return policy

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

If you would like to exchange an item (due to incorrect sizing), send us an email to info@westcoastsledders.com, and tell us the reason for the exchange. Also include your order number. Once we receive your request, and have approved it, we will further instruct on return shipping details and conditions, via email. 

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be new and unused, exchange request submitted within 7 days of delivery, returned to us within 14 days of exchange approval, and in its original packaging including all literature and documentation. 

We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

Refunds will only be issued if the product ordered is deemed to be defective by the manufacturer.

Due to safety concerns, all helmets are non-returnable/refundable.

ALL SALE ITEMS AND INSULATED SUITS, PANTS, & JACKETS ARE FINAL SALE. THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON THESE ITEMS. 

Warranty

All warranty is to be completed directly with the manufacturer. Further details can be found on the applicable manufacturers web page. Although we can help you out with this process, ultimately, the decision to repair, replace, or deny is decided on by the manufacturer.

If you have any concerns with sizing, product availability, shipping times, etc., please text us BEFORE placing your order. Once an order has been placed and the item(s) have been processed, they cannot be cancelled or refunded. We will do our best to work with you but we do have limitation's that are out of our control. Custom items such as suspension components, that are quite often built to spec as per order, can take extra time and cannot be returned once built.
